The house sits in a quiet residential area, about 20 minutes from Lisbon and close to the beaches of Costa da Caparica. It is a comfortable base for families, groups of friends and hen weekends looking for privacy and calm.

The house holds several generations with enough room to share and for everyone to have their own corner. The kitchen and the long table are the natural meeting point, while bedrooms spread across floors let children and adults rest on their own schedule.
Beds can be set up as double or twin, and the third floor apartment gives part of the family even more independence.

Trips with friends, reunions and birthdays
Casa Caparica works as a base for groups of friends who want to surf in the morning, explore Lisbon during the day and come back to a calm space in the late afternoon. The beach, cafes and restaurants are close by; the house offers the balance between plans and rest.
Birthdays and reunions can be lived in restaurants, beach clubs or outside experiences, the house is the place to return to, to gather and to be looked after.
Hen weekends
An option for hen weekends and trips with friends
Casa Caparica hosts hen weekend groups looking for accommodation near the beach and Lisbon. Parties are not allowed and quiet hours must be respected.

Does the house need to be booked whole?
The main option is the whole house, ideal for families and groups who want to stay together. Depending on the season, individual rooms or the third floor apartment may be available, ask us on WhatsApp.
How are the bedrooms arranged?
There are eight bedrooms across three floors: one bedroom on the ground floor, four bedrooms on the second floor and three bedrooms in the third floor apartment. We can help organise the layout according to the group.
Can the beds be split?
Yes. Bedrooms can be set up with a double bed or twin beds, according to the group and availability.
Are children welcome?
Yes, they are welcome, under the guests' responsibility. The house does not have permanent children's equipment, so please ask in advance for what you need.
Are pets allowed?
Only with prior approval, case by case. Talk to us before booking.
Can a hen weekend be organised?
Yes, as long as it is a calm stay. The house is not a party venue: quiet hours run from 10pm to 8am and there are neighbours to respect. Outside activities can be organised by the group.
Are parties allowed?
No. Parties, large events and excessive noise are not allowed. The house is in a quiet residential area.
How do I check dates?
You can send a message on WhatsApp with the dates, the number of guests and the reason for the stay, or check current availability on Airbnb. We reply personally to every request.
