We prefer to be clear from the start. These conditions protect the house, the neighbours and the experience of everyone staying here.

Additional conditions, check-in and check-out times and pricing information are confirmed directly with us before booking.
- Maximum of 18 registered guests.
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
- No parties, large events or excessive noise.
- External visitors only with the host's prior authorisation.
- Pets only with approval.
- No smoking inside the house.
- €1,500 security deposit for booking the whole house.
- All bookings are subject to the host's approval.
- Children are welcome, under the responsibility of the guests.
