The business operates in Portugal and receives visitors from the European Economic Area. The applicable law is the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese law on electronic communications and cookies.

Enquiry form: name, e-mail, phone or WhatsApp number, type of request (group, retreat, production, room), dates and number of guests when you provide them, and the message you write. These details are used only to answer the enquiry.

Technical data necessary to deliver and protect the site, such as the request's IP address, used only to limit abusive repeated submissions.

Only with your consent: analytics and advertising measurement data, and data sent to external providers when you choose to load external content, such as the interactive map.

Enquiries sent through the site are stored in a managed database provided by the platform that hosts the site, on servers in the United States (Amazon Web Services region us-west-2). Only the host and the site administration access them, through named accounts protected by authentication.

Processors and recipients: Lovable, the platform hosting the site and the database, with servers in the United States; Nishida Publicidade, an agency based in Brazil, responsible for developing and maintaining the site, with technical access limited to that work; Google, for analytics and advertising measurement only and only after your consent; Meta/WhatsApp, when you choose to talk to us through that channel, subject to that app's own terms; Airbnb, when you follow the availability link and continue on their site.

Data is therefore processed outside the European Economic Area, namely in the United States and Brazil. The contractual transfer mechanism applicable to each provider is stated on this page as soon as the agreements in force have been verified by the owner.

Enquiries linked to a stay: for the period required by Portuguese tax and accounting law. Cookie consent records: for as long as the choice remains valid, plus the legal limitation period. Enquiries without an associated stay: kept for as long as they are needed to follow up the enquiry, with the final period, counted from the last contact, published here once the owner approves it.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting prior processing.
