Who it suits
Autonomous remote work, with few mandatory meetings and flexible hours, fits longer stays by the sea better than roles with a rigid schedule.
The atmosphere of the house
Spacious common areas, quiet bedrooms and usable outdoor space make it easy to alternate between focus and a break. Time together happens naturally, not on a schedule: there are no recurring events or weekly classes.
