Bright bedroom with a linen curtain moving in the wind

Practical criteria for choosing a house as a location: variety of settings at the same address, how natural light behaves, crew flow, noise, parking and what needs to be included in the request.

Count settings, not square metres

A house that is useful for production offers different compositions without changing address: bright interiors, distinct bedrooms, a dining table, stairs, greenery outside and light-coloured walls.

Ask about light through the day

Knowing where the light comes in during the morning and where it falls in the afternoon avoids rescheduling. A technical visit beforehand, when possible, solves most doubts.

Logistics: crew, equipment and noise

Share the size of the crew, the equipment, whether furniture will need to be moved and whether the outdoor space will be used. The impact on the neighbourhood is always part of the assessment.

Agree on image usage

Credits, publicity and commercial uses should be agreed in writing before the production. Each request is assessed individually.
